Are ANC, volume, and mic controls available in wired mode?

ANC works independently in wired mode, but the mic and volume buttons are disabled. Note: Headphones operate on low battery, but wired mode is not functional when the battery is fully depleted

Why can't the Bluetooth be turned on?

Please fully charge with USB-A to USB-C charging cable(* not * USB-C to USB-C) and 5-10W charger (don't use fast charger).then reset it.Please use headphone within the operating temperature range: 0°C (32 F) - 45°C(113 F)

How to care for protein leather earpads and headband to extend their life?

For quick and safe cleaning, gently wipe them with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a small amount of mild detergent (such as shower gel). Then, wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue. Finally, dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.

How to reset the headphones?

1. Fully charge headphones with the original charging cable and 5-10w charger (do not use fast charger)

2. Press and hold the multi-functional button for about 8 seconds, the white light flashes quickly, and a beep sound is heard
